HoReCa, архітектура їжі. Чи впливає дизайн на успіх?
On June 11, together with Olga Samarets, we brought together people who care about design as much as we do. We talked about the importance of design and its impact on the success of an establishment. As an example, we looked at several London restaurants, namely Sketch by India Madhavi and Maitre d’, owned by Jacquim Prat, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant. They also learned about the secret techniques of Italian designers Andre Langhi and Nizi Magnoni, such as the Asian ba restaurant and Flower burger. The meeting was held in the cozy studio of Serhiy Horban, and we were treated to a meal by De Famille restaurant and Anna Pavlova. Gifts were presented by the Dom deco decor salon.
